Aura 4

For Creative agencies

A focus tracker for the studio. Not another PM tool.

Creative work doesn’t map onto Jira tickets. Aura 4 gives you a board the studio actually trusts: who is in focus, on which brief, and where the work is stuck — without making your team fill in 17 fields.

“We missed the client deadline because the blocker only became visible the morning of delivery.”

Before / after

The workflow change, on one page.

Before

Before — Standups + screenshots

  1. Daily 9am standup. Half the studio joins late, half stays silent.
  2. Status updates live in Slack screenshots and Loom links.
  3. Studio director chases blockers in 1:1s — late.
  4. Late nights for the last 48 hours before a client cut.

After

After — Aura 4 board-as-truth

  1. Each Builder shows what they are working on, right now, with a timer.
  2. Studio director scans the board once an hour — no chasing.
  3. Pulse flags a brief that has been static for two days.
  4. The team intervenes mid-week, not at delivery.

Founding teams

Shape Aura before it's set in stone.

Aura just launched, so instead of a logo wall we don't have yet, founding teams get something better: a direct line to the people building it and a real say in what ships next. Use it, tell us what's broken, and watch your feedback become the roadmap.

FAQ for Creative agencies

Real questions from this segment.

  • Can we tag work by client?

Yes — every task can carry a client label, and the board can be filtered to a single client view for kick-off meetings and reviews. Client labels are also one of the dimensions Pulse uses to detect stalls.

  • How does Aura handle revision rounds?

Revisions are first-class. Each round is a tracked transition with the brief; the audit log records who flagged what and when. Pulse can be configured to flag briefs that hit a third revision round.

  • Does it integrate with Figma or Creative Cloud?

Not yet — Aura doesn’t connect to Figma or Creative Cloud today. It runs alongside your creative tools as the focus-and-truth layer for the studio; native integrations are on the roadmap.

  • Can clients see status?

Not by default — we are not a client portal. The board is for the studio. A read-only weekly status export to clients is on the Sovereign Enterprise roadmap.
